What's your routine?

I'm keeping it old school. Run hills, push ups, pull ups, dumbells.

Any OTers getting after it?

Late sleepers vtfd.

Light weight workout with intermittent bike rides between sets.

Knees and ankles can't handle the running like they used to

Not to be a dick or anything, but they made a board just for this type of stuff. Just saying.

With that said, the last few days I haven't done much at work and have been getting my workouts in during early afternoon hours. Yesterday did chest, bi's and tri's. Today I'm thinking of back and/or legs.

Bout to head up there now. Was making really good progress and then gained a lot of weight after a long weekend in Nola.

Couple things you can try are

1. curcumin with meriva or bioperine
2. apple cider vinegar
3. glucosamine
4. organic vitamin c (not ascorbic acid)

these are a few of the things that helped me get off opiods a few years ago

poop
eat some excedrin
grab a cup of coffee out the door

What gyms do y'all go to that early in the a.m.? Any of them have platforms for deadlifts and cleans?

I run a trail in the woods then workout on the porch. It's open 247.

Thanks for the tips.

I heard fish oil can help joint pain as well.
