Does anyone have recommendations for women’s workout programs or apps?

My girlfriend is looking at possibly getting an online trainer or using a fitness app to track calories and give her a workout program if there’s a good one.
It seems like a lot of “online fitness coaches” that she’s reached out to so far are bullshite artists who scam people out of $150/month so if there’s a better way then I’m all ears

Depends on her current stats and what she wants to achieve but Amazon Video has some great workouts. Also things like HIIT can be sent via text screenshots

yea ketogains. Have her arse lift heavy. If she wants day to day help, have her do the ketogains bootcamp.
another option would be the carbon coach app for nutrition and biolayne for the workout builder.
in general females should train the same as men, atleast for body recomp. Usually the difference is females need a lot more support. Ketogains has an online facebook group for those in those in the bootcamp. A regular group for non bootcampers and a subreddit.

I don't remember where I heard it, but it's absolutely right:
Women should lift more like men and men more like women.

She’s in good shape and has a lot of experience with exercise. She got out of the swing of things in the last year but really just wants to get back to working out consistently and eating well to feel better in general

Check out the kinobody thread. Think there’s a Greek goddess program.

My wife did the same shite. Paid for some app that had video clips of some fitness influencer that she was supposed to follow along with. Didn't see results. Started doing squats, bench, OHP and DL with me and instantly started seeing results.
Good luck, she's going to learn the hard way

My wife is still convinced that her body is a unique snowflake and that she’ll get bulky if she lifts anything heavy. Women may be more brainwashed than men when it comes to fitness.
My favorite was she bitched for years about not being able to tone up her stomach. I told her she needed to stop eating like a bird for 1000 calories a day and eat some protein with more calories. After hearing enough of it and her refusing to listen, I set up an appointment with a nutritionist so someone with some initials behind their name at $150/mo could tell her the same shite I’ve been telling her for years. 2 months later, she admits I was right all along and we got to ditch the nutritionist.
TL;DR: Women have horrible misconceptions about fitness, but they probably won’t listen to a dude about it. Just pay some money to someone so they can see for themselves that you’re right.

yep.
Look in the end, the best thing I have found is carbon diet app and get them with the Booty by bret program. Its expensive, but he has enough transformations that females cant help but STFU and listen.
Same with biolayne with the workouts from Holly.
RP is another.
Like Dixie said, so many have horrible misconceptions that unless you slap them in the face with it, they will not listen.

To be fair, we’ve been fed horrible misconceptions about fitness for probably all of our lives. If I didn’t play multiple sports in middle and high school and worked for a bit as a D1 athletic trainer I’d probably buy into that shite too.
The “heavy lifting gets you bulky” is still a common misconception pushed even today sadly.

Personally I swear by Beachbody on Demand.
I have a few different programs I really enjoy, and my wife has hers that she really enjoys.
Good price as well at only $99 for an entire year. Not to mention the app has different Nutrition guides and meal prep ideas.

My wife knows I’m right with all the shite I tell her but refuses to listen so I basically gave up.
When she finally wants advice and it’s ready to be serious about it I’ll work with her. She says it feels too personal when her husband tells her yet she will look it up online and she’s cool with it
