Did anyone on here follow Rich Piana when he was alive?

He had some awesome videos. Had that over-the-top persona but hated small talk and would talk about other subjects besides bodybuilding. RIP Big Rich

I didn’t ‘follow’ him but I watched a few of his videos back in like 2014. He looked like an absolute clown with all the PMMA he had injected all over his body. I don’t think he had any actual real muscles left.

Had a close friend who followed his ‘Bigger by the day’ thing. He died of massive heart attack at 38 in 2015. Turns out eating 10 meals a day and taking grams and grams of anabolics isn’t healthy or sustainable.

You should have seen Piana’s drug stack for “Bigger by the day”. He was using 4.5 grams of gear, 10+ I.U.‘s of HGH, IGF-1, diuretics, insulin, etc. He was a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. Dude basically committed suicide. No wonder why so many IFBB pros are dropping like flies

I mainly would just read the YouTube comments on his video’s and not watch them. They were hilarious 
And I saw one video where Piana took like 4 scoops of pre workout along with scoops of all kinds of other stuff. Must have been 1000mg of caffeine alone.

On the day Piana collapsed, he had been apparently snorting a “white powder” that his wife said was pre-workout. Which was bullshite, because he was a huge opiate addict who snorted oxy’s before fit expos.

So back in the day that ‘Amy’ girl would post on the getbig forums. She was actually Piana’s girlfriend not just someone he used to frick. Her posts were way before Piana blew up on social media and YouTube. Piana was a nutcase which should be obvious by all the oil/silicon he injected in himself. Dude was super insecure. I saw some interview with one of the circus clowns Piana hung out with where he said Rich supposedly wanted to cut his neck with a knife and get it stitched up to leave a scar so it would make him look ‘tough’

Rich was also using street drugs. The amount of anabolics he was one fricked up his heart as is, the street drugs on top of that is what did him in.
Besides the ones being absolute morons, most of the bodybuilders dying are dying due to diuretic use just before a show

You should have seen the audio recording of when he threatened to leave Sara because she stole money from him. It was pretty crazy. here's the link to the recording on Youtube: LINK , it's 35 minutes long, and he just absolutely unloads on her

The ‘Amy’ girl said Rich maxed out all her credit cards and drained her bank account and left her broke. Said he was super controlling and jealous. I believe it. It’s like he used the Sara girl and Chanel to just have a ‘cameraman’ I remember one of them complaining that they had to hold an iPhone all day and follow him around. Weird guy for sure.

He did the same thing with Sara. She was living in florida when he told her to sell of her stuff and move out to california to live with him. If she wanted money, she had to go to him. He controlled all of her finances.

I enjoyed his social media and some of his videos, but I took them as entertainment, not encouragement.
He said in one video he would eat a pint of ice cream every night before bed
