Man I'm so glad I am not a big fan of king cake. I pass on it and get the strange looks and disbelief that I don't think it's all that great, but it makes this time of year so much easier to diet through

Lower or eliminate all sugar in your current diet then have a nice king cake slice. It's the only time of year where no one will judge you eating a slice of cake.
