Landmine Row 125 3x8
Pin Press: 125 4x5
Lat Pulldown 150 3x10

Finally hit all 15 reps on OHP after struggling the last few weeks. I’ve incorporated Pin Presses and band work, and it’s helped a ton. On to 145 next week!

Hit the heavy bag again. Also, did front squats without serious injury. Hooray.

Back still dicey.

Heavy bench doubles to 255. 3 giant sets of chest flys, rows, board press and 50 lb slamball chest passes.

4 giant sets of 400 lb sled drags, sled pulls, reverse hyper, glute/ham and belt squats.

Holy **** those sled giant sets were hard. 30 after and my hands are are still shaking. I did them to keep stress of my back and wound up almost puking.

Deload week. Heavy bag work with extra intensity since I’m resting with weights.

Pec flys 4x10 with 35lbs dumbells
4 sets of pushups to failure

Even 100 degrees for a Labor Day afternoon workout.

5 giant sets. Squat doubles @315 (back is still dicey), reverse hyper, glute/ham raise, weighted pushups, sled pull/drag and 200 lb sandbag carry.

Back felt ok, just tight on squats. Hot as hell.

Still lifting good for being a little impaired.

My hip flexor is still a little strained when I put stress on it so taking another week off of squats. It already looks like my legs are shrinking after one week (even though I know that isn’t true)

Hit my goals of 100kg x 5+ squats and deads before holiday. Came back and can still progress fine.

Next goal is a 100kg x 5+ bench, which will be a mammoth task as Im currently struggling around the 70kg mark.

I've been doing standard GSLP plus whatever I feel like afterwards. Generally arm work.

Nice dude! You can do it. I'm closing in on 225 myself on bench. I did 3 reps of 215 the other day. I never thought I would be able to bench 225, but here I am. Just keep grinding in the gym.

Good job. Have you focused heavily on bench form?

Form correction gave me a bigger bench increase than even newbie gains.
