For you guys that workout at home do you program your own workouts or pay for programming?
I’m currently at a box but will be going back to working out at home when I start back grad school. Think of signing up on street parking for daily workouts.

I use street parking, $20 a month and it’s geared towards working out in the garage. They give you a wod everyday, usually with a barbell and dumbbell option and then an odd object option. On sundays they give you a variety of accessory workouts for the week, gymnastics, power, oly, suns out guns out and butts and gutts.

I like CrossFit linchpin for workouts programmed by pat Sherwood but I like heavy reps thrown into metcons

In the middle of December cold #2. So, just when I was getting back into it, and making a come back from #1, I have to take another 10 day break. I just can't do shite when I am sick, and I am not going up there and touching the equipment during this. Uhg.

Did the Chad Wilkinson Hero workout today..
1000 setups at 20”
Sucked. Could go fast on one leg but slow on the other. Stopped at 800 and had to go back to work.
Also rowed a 5K his morning before work.

I’m waiting on my vest to come in. Granted it will only have 10lbs in it but I plan on trying to do 1000 steps. It’s going to suck regardless.

Strength did front squats hit a 245lb double
conditioning
Clean and press/hang clean complex EMOM for 10 rounds
load up the bar ten pounds heavier ever two rounds
started at 135, the last round at 175 i couldn't get that last press.
second workout was
21-15-9
toes to bar
barbell jumping burpees
over head press
6 min time cap
my arms were so smoked from before i hit the time cap.
conditioning

Hit a Team Workout from WZA last year but we didn’t have all 3 so we scaled the reps back 1/3rd.

24 Jumping Ring MUs
16 Synchro Snatches at 75
28 Assault Bike Cals
When the one person is on the bike, the other holds an OH position with the 75lbs

It was 36/24/42 with a full team. Less rest with only 2 and the time cap last year was 12 min so I think we would easily be sub 11:30 with a full team and the extra reps
Followed it up with 11.5
20 min AMRAP

15 Wallballs 20/14

Should have done some touch and goes on the cleans to shave time.
