Wrist support? Also keeps your hands dry during workouts.

I do have a nice stockpile available..

The answer was obvious.

My wrists have been pounded into submission for the last 30 years of lifting and need all the support they can get..

The things I bought from Acad seemed to help. Feeling much better today. I really need to watch it on front squats. That seems to be where I go wrong.

Strength squat cleans hit 225 again, couldn’t get under 235 tho

Conditioning
3 min AMRAP/ 1 min rest for 5 rounds
5 bench press at 175
5 dead hang pulls
5 GHD sit ups

Then 8 min AMRAP
10 cal row
3 touch and go power snatches at 75lbs
5 toes to bar
10 pushups

M2- High Amplitude Ring Swings (Chest to rings if ready)

B.) 2 Rounds for Time:

100 Double Unders
50 Back Squats (45/35)
50 Russian KBS (53/35)

Part B I did:
200 SUs
35lb squats
35lb KB
Finished in 12:51

Big time water leaks going on at our place. Entire place was re arranged sometime between 5 yesterday and 8 this morning. I would not be surprised if the owners finally give up and move.

Just wrapped up an evening session in garage after putting the baby to sleep

Strength - EMOM 15 rounds 3 back squats at 185lbs

Conditioning - EMOM 12 rounds
Odd rounds 5 dumbbell thrusters at 35lbs and 5 dead hang pull ups
Even rounds 10 pushups and 5 toes to bar

Rest 4 minutes between rounds

I did box rope climbs. 113 cals on the rower total.

20 pull-ups

Time cap 30:00
Finished 4 rounds and about 200m run
Wasn’t really feeling it this morning but hey, I got up and moved around.

A2. 20-30” Fire Hydrant Iso Hold (Banded)
A3. Double KB Russian KBS X 12-15
X 3, Rest 2 minutes btwn

B.) Every 3 Minutes x 5
5 Back Squats Climbing

Got to 225 on squats. Probably could have gotten another 10lbs but that 5th rep was a bit of a grind.

Wrist is still killing me, and we have fronts in the wod today. Light, so may not hurt too bad. I might try to turn my hand over the other way during that part. Excited about the dubs because I got over 20 last week in a row for the first time ever.

A.)Reverse Lunges- 6 sets of 5 reps each Leg ascending in weight

B.)12 min AMRAP
10 Front Squats (95/65)
15 AB Mat Sit Ups
30 Double Unders

C.)3 Rounds
20 Mountain Climbers each Leg
45 sec Plank hold

Went to what is kinda the cardio class (aka beginner crossfit) this morning.

20 min AMRAP
35 Cal Assault Bik
800m row
25 DB DLs 35lb

If still raining this afternoon, I'll go to the regular class:

30 min partner AMRAP - alternating rounds
5 DL (275/185)
13 pushups
9 box jumps

If not raining, it will be a sitting in the deerstand workout.

Seriously, let us know how it goes. I haven’t done Fran in a while, I think my best time is just under 4:00. I can do it all unbroken I just need some rest in between movements, lol.
