Another garage session
Strength worked up to 195lb power cleans hit three of those
Conditioning
EMOM 20 rounds
Odd rounds 15 pushups 5 dead hang pull ups
Even rounds 15 sit ups 5 body weight rows with the barbell on the rack

I seen that there are CF gyms here, prices are pretty high, i am working a 3-4 weeks on 2-3 weeks back in the states.
Its hard to get them to work a deal. Like everything else here $$ pretty high

A) Bench Press 5 sets of 3 (across) every 3 min for 15 min. AHAP
B) 1 min each: Single leg hip extensions and reverse plank.
C) Front Squat 5 sets of 3 (across) every 3 min for 15 min. AHAP
A) 265
C) 245
Those 90 squats at 115 on Sunday still hurting and my overall lack of leg work these last several months due to patella tendonosis finally affecting my squatting. Finally getting PT on it so I should be improving over the next 4 weeks.
After benching these last two days there is no way in hell I do tomorrow’s workout which includes 60 ring dips..

My first WOD since last Friday...
OLY CLASS
A.) Snatch deadlift to 1 inch off floor + snatch (2+1)x 5 sets.
B.) Clean Deadlift to 1 inch off floor + Clean (2+1) x 5 sets
65lb on A. 95lb on B.
I went light due to sleep deprivation. My wife gave birth to our son Tuesday.

15 minutes to find a 2 rep touch and go power clean. Got 225, failed 235.
Then
3 min AMRAP of power cleans w/ 70% of max from above. Got 30 reps at 155.

yes I called it a sprint but it truly was just as fast as I could run.
10 burpees then 10 50yds
9 burpees then 9 50 yds.

-Strict pull ups (no top drop)
Still trying to keep the intensity down since I'm not getting much sleep. 185 on DLs and 65lb on the strict Fran. Should've gone with 55 on Fran. Did banded pull-ups. 14:33

Strength - front squats today, nothing to crazy worked up to a 195lb double x 2. So probably about 75% of my 2 rep max.
Conditioning
EMOM 7 mins
Kettle bell squats, 35lbs in each hand
then
20 MIN AMRAP
2 hang cleans at 155lbs
run 200 meters
10 push ups
10 sit ups
5 dead hang pull ups
ended up with six rounds on the dot.
