Run 400
20 Sit-ups
30 DB Push Press (30lb)
40 Air Squat
50 DU (worked on DU for 1 minute. managed 15 in a row at one point. Most ever.

Did 4 complete rounds plus a 400 & 20 situps

Workout of the Day

For Time:
8 Muscle Ups
50 Double Unders
6 Muscle Ups
40 Double Unders
4 Muscle Ups
30 Double Unders
2 Muscle Ups
20 Double Unders


Scaled:
2 burpees + 1 jumping pullup = 1 MU rep
SUs instead of DUs

10 min find a heavy 2 rep snatch
10 min find a heavy 2 rep clean and jerk

Metcon: Gracibel (135/95)
15 clean and jerk
15 snatches
8min time cap

I scaled and used 115 for C&J, 95lb for snatch. Finished in 5 min. First time doing C&J.

I always bring clothes to workout while on vacation...and then they never get unpacked

I might just jog down the beach in the early mornings with my fishing equipment looking for ladyfish and hardtail.

heading to the beach this weekend and was planning on packing dumbbells to use at beach. However, I already feel like a moron doing such so if I do use them I will only go at 6 am.

Wake up early and go to the local crossfit gym. Buy a shirt and enjoy the sights!

I have packed my workout clothes every vacation for the last decade. I have successfully run about 1 mile, I stopped it early at the Baytowne Wharf to have a bloody mary.

A few years back there was a young couple, obviously still riding their Crossfit high, that were WODing on the beach every day.

Air Squats
Burpees in the sand
Bear crawls
sprints
push ups

We have several places in the back of the building where I can basically stop, hide, and rest.
