I just have trouble with leg soreness and shoulder motility. Make me do overhead dumbbell lunges and I will cry.

The hell is this?

20 Min AMRAP
10 Alt DB plate Step Ups (50/30)
Plates must be moved 10 Yards across the Gym ever 10 Reps!
Men use a stack of 5 45# plates
women use a stack of 5 35# plates
DBs can be carried however you like and an equivalent height stack of plates can be used if there aren’t enough plates.

Looks like you’re during a variation of the regional workout where you have to move 5 45lb plates every 10 stepups holding 50lb DBs in each hand.

I bit it yesterday doing box jump overs. Round of 21 and my heel clipped the edge of the box on the way down.

There won't be enough plates for 4:30 and 5:30 will be a zoo. I am not sure what to do. I may go watch noon class for fun.

Was in charge of morning PT

4 Tabata sets, 8 rounds per set 20 on 10 off

first set
x 2 push ups, squats, flutter kicks, lunges

second set

x4 bicycle crunches, leg lifts

third set
x 2 diamond push ups, squats, flutter kicks, wide arm push ups

fourth set

x2 sit ups, flutter kicks, leg lifts, bicycle crunches

then 10 full court sprints down and back, once you got down 10 push ups, then sprint back

next sprint was 9 push ups, then 8 counting down to 1

It's been nice knowing all of you . . . going at 4:30

32:00 running clock
8 minute rounds
1. 100 calories Assault Bik
2. 100 calories row
3. 1200m run
4. ME burpees

You get to rest if you finish before the 8 minutes, except for burpees. So the question will be whether to go HAM to get done to get to the rest or try to pace yourself so you don't burn out before the end.
