DB Strict Press 50/35
Strict Pullups

Had to scale both. Pinched nerve in my left arm/shoulder wouldn't let me lockout reps on the left side.

Sucked.

Getting my Compex back later today to work that shite out. Left hand has been tingling on/off for several days.

Skipping today because I simply would not be able to complete it. Probably could not do half. Makes me embarrassed and mad, but it is what it is. May mow the back yard then do something similar to the wod at home.

5x8 back squats, work as heavy as possible with no misses
20 rkbs 70/53 between squat sets

then

15-12-9
Powersnatch 75/45
Burpees


I don't expect to be able to walk the next couple of days.

These WODs are all scalable in some form or fashion..that shouldn't be an issue. Lower reps, do sit-ups til you can't and then do crunches, or just do crunches through the whole thing.

Oh, I often scale. Things like box jumps, kettle bell and dumbbell weights etc. This crap though-I'd just be doing fewer reps which to me means I'm not really doing the workout.

I cannot go every day, so I am going to skip at least one, sometimes two per week. Today just feels right.

I scaled down to 135 and did jumping ring MUs with the bottom of the rings at the top of my head.

Pinched nerve where the lat meets the tricep still an issue. My CTB where lopsided where I only hit my right pec on the bar and locking out the left arm on the last rep of the 9 unbroken thrusters at 135 sucked.

Today was one of those days when your just not feeling it

did deadlifts, only worked up to 405

then spent the rest of time on skill work, reteaching myself HSPU

While it's not so bad while doing it, that many wall balls would make me unable to walk for two days afterwards.
