Did an event today for BRAAS.

8 events in 5-6 hours
2 football games
2 basketball games
2 volleyball games
2 softball games
Team finished 6–1-1 and won the title.
I’m sore as frick from the last 2 days and getting hammered at a friend’s ridiculous outdoor pool layout.

3 mile run at a slow 10 min mile pace. Slow enough that I can hold a conversation and I’m not out of breath when it’s over.

Today is floor presses then Helen. Those 400s one the asphalt are really hot right now.

Yea the last two months my time in my garage gym has been limited bc it’s too fricking hot and I have no air flow

I think I like heated more than I like cooled. Grabbing all that cold steel and iron is just too much when it is around freezing.

Strength heavy back squats hit a 325 double arse to grass, then some single leg iso lunges
Conditioning 5 rounds 3 movements per round 30 seconds max effort 30 seconds rest
Deadlifts at 225
Echo bike shooting for at least 10 cals each round
Box jumps set overs
First time squatting over 300lbs since before I did that month of HIBB and rp strength diet
Not going to lie that 315 and 325 felt so smooth and like it was 80% of my max
Also decided to try the hyperlift inserts on my Metcon 5s, felt pretty good
