No HiiBB for me today either, I am fasted and at a little over 31 hours now.

I did

5 rounds
KB standing press x 8
Strict pullups x 5
Ab trx rollouts x 8
Rest 90s strict

Rest 5 min

3 rounds
DB lateral raises
Bw dips
Strict hanging leg raises
Rest 60s strict

3 min break
BFR training for triceps on the bands for a pump

A) 3x1 Strict Press across
B) JT Hero Workout: 21-15-9 HSPUs, Ring Dips & push-ups

A) I went 175, 185 & 195, and called my total 185.
B) 13:47 Rx

Still working back up after this neck issue so I didn’t know where I would end up. 195 came up slow on the right side since I had some slight atrophy on my right arm due the nerve issue.

B was fun, but the wall was hit on the 2nd round. HSPUs in the 21 round went 7-7-7 just to break it up, in the 15 round, 3 was the max set.

Workout of the Day

A.) 3 Sets:

2-5/s 1 arm “Towel” Pull Up
20 Table top bridge

B.) 4 Sets:

30” Right Farmers Hold
30” Left Farmers Hold
10/R ½ Kneeling DB Windmill
10/L ½ DB Windmill
20 Alt. KB Deadbug



Scale for A was single arm ring rows. Use opposite arm on a longer length ring to stabilize.

Just a solid core WOD. Those deadbugs tear up my abs.

For PT today

One burpee every 5 secs for 5 mins

then tabata body weight front and reverse luges

tabata abs work

then run 800m and some 200s sprints

I won an auction for a Saunders Cervical Decompression device for $145 total.

The seller didn’t like the low cost so he just cancelled the order.

Back on the HIBB

5 rounds 5 mins a round

15 cal on the echo bike
3 front squats

I scaled the frick out of it bc it was supposed to be 30 cals. My legs were destroyed just doing it with 15 cals

Then a ton of heavy leg accessory work

My legs are destroyed I’m already sore

First WOD was fricking with my generator for 4 hours this morning

I managed 275 for the 3 bench singles. Still some issues with the right side.

I was 35 on Curls, 50 on floor press and ended up with the 70s on floor press in the end.

Box Jumps 24/20

I started on Box Jumps and finished on Deadlifts due to the class size.

Sunday funday.

Bench
Warmups, 230x5, 240x5, 250x5

Incline DB Flys
50x8x3

DB Pullover
50x10x3

Bench Dips
W/45lb plate: 3x10

My son did:
100x5, 105x5, 110x5 on Bench. I’ll probably keep him there next week.

30x8x3 on Incline DB

And some bench dips with a 25lb plate: 3x8

Today

A) Front Squats 5x5 across
B) 12 min AMRAP: Unbroken Wall balls 20/14 and 20 sec hollow hold every time you break

Score for B was first unbroken set and total wall balls

A) 235 (Knee didn’t feel right so I kept it light)
B) 40 and 130 Rx

I wanted to get to 50 before breaking the first set, but my shoulders started getting gassed. Need to cycle them down and back every rep to help relieve the tension,

Best so far was 85/165 and 75/201 Rx, but I know those dudes and neither get the required depth on the wall balls.

Even my sweat marks look jacked.

Substituted overhead squats with the back squats

Was going to go on a 2 mile max effort run after, but my legs were gone
