So tonight we need to hit deadlift and arms, with the desire to not repeat anything going to make up the workout to be in HiiBB fashion

3 rounds add 10lbs to all lifts every round and 10lbs as you drop a rep

3 trap bar dl (tbDL)
10 cals on bike
Rest 2 min

2 tbdl + 10 lbs
15 Cal's on bike
Rest 2 min

1 tbdl + 10 lbs
20 Cal's on bike
2 min rest

Rest 5 min


4 rounds- rest 2 min between rounds

DB "21's" one arm at a time
KB shrugs until failure
DB gun walk
KB farmers Walk

Rest 3 min

YGIG -100 barbell curls with just bar

Active recovery

3 mile run in this 100 degree heat at 6pm

First run back in this Oklahoma dry heat. I miss the humidity at the beach

So hard to breath with this dry arse weather

I was able to set a rep record tonight for strapless deadlift even at the end of that long arse workout. Really happy with the results of HiiBB so far.

my size sold out in 4 mins

my payment didn't process in time

every size but 14 is gone, bots had to have bought them

Already on resale places for double the price

Dicks has them but not in 11.5

people selling them on ebay for 300+ smh

got me a pair of 12s from dicks

apparently these run small and everyone is sizing up

We had 2 rep max overhead squat today. I got a PR of 185. I am not even sure I can get anything more than that off my shoulders.

Wod was ascending reps of 3-6-9-12... overhead squat then 10 cal row with 12 minute time cap. Great workout.

I was able to move through them ok, but I was just kind of gassed from the row. I knew it was only 40 so I was able to just get it over with then the pushups and pullups were cake.

6 power cleans
2 min max double unders
Rest two mins
5 rounds

Rest 5 mins

Did a modified version of the second works out substituted standing dumbbell press for hand stand push ups

10 to 1 dumbbell press and pull ups

Well shite....HiiBB had me puking tonight. Did the above workout with chins added in and made it through the first 5 rounds. Rested and then started the 100 push press with burpees...got to 76 and I felt it, racked the bar quickly and puked all in the front yard.

Workout partner/neighbor thought it was quite comical

Lesson learned, no food within 1.5 hours before the workout besides liquid.

Another HIBB leg day

5 rounds 4 mins a round

15 cal assault bike 5 back squats going up in weight each time I had to scale it down to 15 from 25 and even then I was still hurting. Even squatting 185 had me questioning my existence during this session

Rest 5 mins

10 min AMRAP barbell lunges with 95lbs

Rest 5 mins

100 ball slams

Then did some leg accessory work

45lb Bar, 35lb Bar, 20lb Bar, & 15lb Ez curl bar
Rower
Assault Bike
Elliptical
GHD
Plyo Box 30/24/20
50lb and 35lb DBs
50lb, 35lb and 30lb KBs
Fan because it’s hot as frick



Bench: Warmups, 225x4, 235x3, 245x3, 135x20x3
Flat Flyes: 50x10x3

Some DU work because we have a shitload in tomorrow’s workout.

Need to start hitting the HiiBB with us now that you got room.

Tonight I did

123 ladder emom
1-front squat
2-FS
3-FS

All same weight then 400m row for time. Rest 3 min and add 20 lbs to the bar, repeat, rest, add 20lbs to bar and repeat.

Then had a circuit for 3 rounds
KB overhead walking lunges-10 each leg
GhD-10 reps
Strict hanging L raises

No rest between rounds

Finished with some bb work on calves and glutes.

All pieced from the HiiBB books. After my vacation in 2 weeks, I plan to start the HiiBB over and run it as laid out for 60 days then do his HiiBB 100.

I need to look into this HiiBB just moved into new house, so workouts have been inconstant, getting it done just no real pattern.
New garage gym is set up
