I can't do chest to bar, so I won't vote. I'll just make the most of whatever scaled version wins.

Scaled has my kind of pullups!

Workout 18.5 = 12.5 = 11.6

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 thrusters
3 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
6 thrusters
6 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
9 thrusters
9 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
12 thrusters
12 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
15 thrusters
15 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
18 thrusters
18 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

Men use 65 lb.

I was voting over and over for 14.2

Screw the CF world voting for a short workout. I guarantee if all 3 were of similar length: 12-20 min, 14.2 would have been selected.

Even so, I’m good a Thrusters as long as Castro doesn’t throw in some fricked up standard like squatting down, then sitting on your arse, then getting back to your feet to perform the other half of the thruster, to equal 1 rep.

Since I still struggle linking CTB via kipping/butterfly consistently, I’ll just preform fast singles, which should get me back to the round of 18 thrusters.

Just read the standard, but could not copy/pasta. Looks pretty straight forward.

There's actually a standard for jumping pull ups. 6" from top of head to bar. Pretty sure what I normally do is more than that.

Yeah, I believe the scale at GCF for jumping pull-ups is 8” from top of head to the bar, so this 18.5 scale is easier.

Wonder why they decided 100 was so much better than 95?

I’ll enjoy this one Monday.

I wanted 14.2 as well, but I figured it wouldn't win. Oh well, I'm happy to get back to movements I feel comfortable with. Managed a whole 8 HSPUs the other day which is fine since it's better than 0

Wait. It isn't DB thrusters? I saw the 100 and just assumed it would be 50# DBs.

That's retarded. We probably only have like 4 2.5s.

I see a bunch of people doing 105.

I'll either use a 35 lb bar for scaled to avoid using 10s, or just do 75 because the scaled weight is just so damn light.

I stay pissed at myself for not being able to do the kippish type movements. Maybe I should take three months off and join a gymnastics place?

I like this one and it's the one I voted for (sorry 14.2 people).

I think I will break everything after the round of 6, and I'm fairly proficient with pull-ups and thrusters.

I can't kip either. It kills me in these timed WODs.

I hate the way that looks, but I guess I better learn it. Even our really good kippers use it when there's lots of reps.

I think you should be able to get a pretty good score by doing singles on the CTB and breaking up thrusters. Make sure you don't have to jump high at all to get on your pullup bar and do quick reps
