I really like the concept. What's the best way to incorporate them into a routine?

Improves the weight curve on the lifts. Helps lockout. Bands also work.

Well depends on what you are trying to use them for, they are used more to work on certain areas of a lift. West side barbell references would be your best bet on reading techniques. Defranco also has good info on implementation.

Sorry I can't give a better answer but they are beyond my level of strength and physique development. I will say they work very well for loading bodyweight exercises

Well, let's just say I do conventional barbell bench as a staple of my workout. How might I improve/amplify that by adding the chains? Would I maybe throw them on for the last set to get a really brutal failure set? Or would I do an entirely different routine with them? For some reason, I just love the concept that they naturally make shite harder the farther in you guet.

Well if you have problems locking out on the bench, yes that is one way to use them.

Honestly though I would be talking out of my arse to give you routine I approve of, because outside of the west side methods to work weaknesses I am not that familiar on using them for anything but bodyweight program.

Here are some links though by people I trust

don't overthink it, once a month or so, just throw them on there and go heavy. Do sets where you're in the range of 8-2 type reps.
