I need to do more but at long last I have some decent size. How to go about it while maintaining muscle mass? TIA

Tabata. I heavily skew towards short, intense cardio for maximizing muscle.

Go for short time with high intensity. Think of it as conditioning, not cardio. I like to box.

Morning walks with a heart beat monitor and keep the rate low. Too high and you'll burn muscle and fat.

Low intensity steady state is what many of the top bodybuilders do. Look up jay cutler on YouTube or kaingreene, you’ll see them on incline treadmill, stair master etc.

Swim laps
Won’t get over heated, not bad on the joints, works on the shoulder, back, and leg muscles

Daily fasted morning walks. Short (less than 10 minutes) intense conditioning after training. Someone already mentioned Tabatas, which I love.

You think if your walk to get the morning paper takes longer than 10 minutes you are compromising gains?

What is a good link for some Tabata programs?
