Our Nordictrack Incline Trainer finally died and I'm not looking to put more money into it.

I usually walk and run in the neighborhood, but keep a treadmill for rainy days. My kids and my wife use it more than me so I'm looking for a commercial series since it gets regular use from the number of people.

I was looking to go back with Nordic Track either the 1750 or 2450 models.

Anyone have a different brand they like? I'm trying to keep the costs under $2,500.

TIA

I didn't end up buying one, but the summer heat had me researching them. The consensus was that the 1750 is the gold standard.

Does the 1750 have a fan?

Assault runner or TruForm curved treadmill.

Woodway and Technogym make solid curved treadmills as well

Summer heat makes you stronger for the fall and winter. Embrace it.

The treadmill has been broken off and on so I've been out in the 95 deg afternoon heat and 20 deg cold in the predawn morning.

One thing I ain't doing is getting wet or really cold. I garden and raise birds so I'm out in the heat all day on the weekends.

But I def agree with your point 100%.

Ok, get an assault runner on the secondary market or Black Friday.

I agree, but some 10 mile runs in 95+ heat and humidity make me wish for better days

Got a Sole f80 delivered for $1700. Has done the job.

About as inexpensive as you can get in buying a treadmill you can legit run on daily

Buy a nice bike and lift weights or do body weight exercises when it rains.

I’ve got a proform- newer model as in bought it in 2021 will update with model but not very happy with it. I’ll be spending an upcoming weekend replacing the running deck that cracked down the middle once the replacement deck comes.

Other than that I’ve enjoyed this treadmill. It has a cool feature where I can map out a run and it does the incline/decline according to Google maps I think. Has been pretty helpful training for races in other states.
