Bought the program just now. It's got 4 workouts per week. I'm assuming one day rest between workouts? It's very light on legs, any issues adding leg stuff either to the day you do squats or to any of the other days where there is no leg workout? Any other tips on this program?

I try to do M/T-Th/F
It is light on legs. I’m adding some RFESS and goblets a couple days a week. It’s a pretty fun program though.

I just wasn't sure if all that arm stuff back to back days was enough time for recovery.

The light legs is much need for me. I was having a lot of Knee pain from PS2 heavy squats and DLs.
I’ll look for a more balanced program next month

It goes back and forth on being heavier on bi's one day and tri's the next. I havn't had any problems with recovery. If you are having problems recovering that would be a good time to swap in a leg exercise for the one that you would struggle doing.

It’s only 4 weeks. I would run it as is then run a program with more leg work after. The whole point of Arm Farm is to focus on arms by cutting back on volume on the other muscle groups

I'm assuming week 1 day 1 2.a. is incline db bench?

We throw in an amrap set of back squats with your Bodyweight on the bar as a bonus on the leg day. It’s one of the Greyskull Villain challenges with a goal of 50; we aren’t there yet haha

Yes it’s incline. I do the lowest incline for my bench.
W2D1 done. The arm and shoulder pump is real….

I’d be lucky to get 10.

Day 1 down. Shoulders dead.

Week 1 day 4 is a grip killer. My forearms were on fire the entire workout.

W2D4 done, I feel you on the grip. Dead/Farmer SS gets tough

Alright on W1D1 and W2D1 once I get to db curls to overhead press my shoulders are dead. I'm not getting close to the reps and am barely doing any weight. Any thoughts? Advice? Take longer breaks between sets? just do the best i can?

I just started Arm Farm again and I even at the same weight I started with the first go round, the same weight is much easier.
That superset is a killer. These workouts are some of my favorites.

Same here. That SS killed me the first time. Much easier this time around but I don’t feel like I’ve really developed my shoulders a ton since then.

Do yall use chalk on deadlift/farmer walk day? I hadn't bothered (because I didn't have any) but it really made a big difference on that superset for me.
