If you are feeling okay then keep it up. Hard to imagine being less in shape by swimming on top of weight training. Make sure you’re eating enough and resting as much as you can manage. If you feel beat up/weights are getting heavy/can’t do the workouts within the rest periods then cut back.

The day 4 grip killer finally bit me. Was doing hex bar dead lifts and it slipped out my hand right at an angle where the corner of the front of the bar landed right on my big toe. Point loaded all the weight right there. Luckily nothing was broken. Straight bar deadlifts from here on out?

345x3 deadlifts followed up by farmer walks was not cool. Finished arm farm though (3rd time I've run it) and I always feel like I did indeed gain some size in my upper body

I wish I would have done some measurements before I started. I'm down from 34's to 33's on my pants and weigh the same as when I started. Still have a week and a half to go.
