Need to supplement my minerals. Any recommendations?

I just do the one-a-day pro edge. I’m sure there is better stuff out there

Don't over think this. Just buy the best bang for the buck. I have been taking pilled liver lately and like it.

I take the one a day men’s gummies

Pure Synergy VitaMinHerb for Men is what I take. Also, include about half an ounce of liver a day which is loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Legit question: are these multi-vitamins actually bio-available?

That's always been my concern. Currently I just take Equate brand "mens 60+" multivitamin. If it works...great, if not, I'm not wasting much money. It's the store brand of Centrum Silver. It seems most recs from nutrition coaches is to keep it simple with the once daily MVs, so that's what I'm doing.
I used to take Animal Pak, for years, that's a pricey daily multivitamin that has everything in it and then some, but who knows if it's worth that cost. After hearing so many coaches/athletes/nutritionists say I don't need to take a fancy/expensive multivitamin I decided to stop buying the animal Pak and just go with one of the cheap-os.

Ok I have to be honest, I didn’t think you were 60+
Never would have guessed based on your workouts

Thank god they didn't card me when I bought those vitamins cuz they would've taken them away from me, I'm only 45. I just want those extra potent old man vitamins! That's how you get old man strength.
