If so, what are they?

Curious if I should be taking them or not. 36 years old, everything is starting to creak when I move.

would this be worth taking?

I've tried the usual glucosomine, etc but what really worked for me is turmeric which is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory

People will down vote but you can control 'inflammation' via diet better than with supplements. You can take all the supplements you want but if your diet is shite the inflammation isn't going away.

I don't have joint issues but fish oil and turmeric are two that I take that supposedly help with that.

Pretty sure. My diet is pretty decent and varied. Also spend as much time outside as possible.

I take collagen twice a day and put a scoop in my water bottle I take to the gym. It claims to help joints but mine have felt better since starting that. Could just be a mental thing

Thanks everybody.

Should have added in the OP. Not trying to fix any problems just trying to be proactive since I ain't a young buck anymore.

Glucosamine Chondroitin

I used to have to get knee drained and/or cortisone shot about once a year. Started taking Glucosamine Chondroitin and haven't had to have either in over two years.
