Did it actually take 10 weeks to deliver? We have a schwinn stationary bike and are using the app for now, but are thinking about upgrading to the bike+. Any input would be appreciated.

I got mine in 8 weeks. I didn’t do this but tons of information online about after ordering people calling xpo shipping and getting dates moved up.

From my understanding it really depends on demand in your region. I read a few posts today about one to three weeks for some people.

Our was 12 weeks.
They set a date when you order it and it comes that day.

Original bike took 5 weeks exactly. After getting the initial delivery date, I chatted online with xpo and they said they could give me a new date 9 days earlier. They immediately said nevermind , that earlier date isn’t available. I said oh well, and disconnected the chat session . Received an email minutes later with the earlier delivery date that i was just advised was not available. Arrived one day later than expected due to a broken down truck.

My Bike was planned for 6 weeks but we got a call about a week out and it was delayed two more weeks.

In that same time period someone my wife works with ordered hers 2 weeks after us and got hers two weeks before us. It all depends on openings with the deliver.

Ive heard if you call daily you can normal find early openings and get it quicker.

We were quoted 6 weeks and it took all of 6 weeks. I tried to call XPO to get delivery pushed up, and they said with the demand so high right now, the days of early delivery are over.

Took 8 weeks for mine to arrive. Ordered early December and it was delivered Feb 2

Worth the wait though. I LOVE the bike+ Have done a ride pretty much every single day since I got it (I skipped one day)

Once you ride on an actual Peloton you will never want to go back to your current set up.

I ordered in late September and was quoted an early December delivery time (around 10 weeks I think). I called XPO and they moved me up to something like first week in October. THen they didn't deliver, so I called again and they set the delivery date in early November. No issues with that delivery. This is in NOLA. It's a fun workout and I'm enjoying getting some morning cardio in on it before work. Don't sleep on the other workouts either. I'm liking the yoga classes and fit in a 5-minute ab class after I lift weights. The ab classes are typically pretty rough.

I've been looking at one but am worried I don't have the space in the bedroom or office. For those that do have it, how much room do you think you need to comfortably be able to use?

I know the bike w/ monitor is ~5'*2'

I did some measuring of the space our Peloton occupies. It's in our basement, which has lower head clearance at 6 1/2 feet. If you have regular height ceilings you will be fine for standing up in the pedals and/or doing some stretching. The mat it's on takes up 49 x 36 inches. The bike takes up 52 inches with the little bit of overhang you get front and rear. You should have plenty of room in whatever space you're thinking of using.

And on top of that we have hours about 12/18 inches from one wall on the side. Plenty of room.

Thanks. I think my biggest issue is after the first few months of moving it back and forth to the ideal location and where it's out of the way; I'll eventually just leave it in the middle of the floor in the office.

We orders ours at the beginning of May last year on a Sunday afternoon and were quoted 4-6 weeks delivery through XPO. Called XPO Monday morning and they had a slot open that Wednesday. Our bike was in our house by 8 am that Wednesday. Others we know have not had as much luck, but XPO has been move them up at least some. I know the bikes that are delivered by Peloton (usually big cities) do not have as much wiggle room.

My only tip is to keep it a arms width away from everything. I put mine a little to close to the wall at first. First ride with arms I couldn’t do because I’d hit the wall.
