My lower back over last year has started to lock up or seize up and last few months it’s increasing more each week and I have to try to get this in check

Thanks!

Get off my Nerves Chiropractic: Cathy Caillouet

Recently started going here for maintenance. Found that I have a significant lack of mobility in my SI joints. Two adjustments and daily stretches and one week later I have already noticed that my squatting feels much more stable and the recurring tendonitis in my right knee is getting better.

I think the tightness was causing me to squat funny and causing my tendonitis.

I look forward to increasing that ROM and seeing where that takes me.

ETA

I should clarify that I've already been to physical therapy a number of times, including for the tendonitis.

Hymel Sports and Wellness off of Bluebonnet. I’ve been seeing him for the past month. He does PT work for LSU’s athletes. He’s really knowledgable.

Yep I’ve been wanting to go. I watched a bunch of videos and watch beau Hightower and he seemed so knowledgeable. Worried a good bit are not the same.

Not looking forward to the lat and serratus stretch.

His methods are a bit .. unorthodox. Most chiros aren't going to do all that.

That's the longest form I've ever had to fill out in my life lol

I don't need a referral do I? I just go in and hand them my insurance card and pay the co pay?

I can't answer your questions, but I could watch her (youtube) be adjusted all day long.

There are a lot of gotchas when it comes to insurance DBs chiropractors. My insurance covers some of the soft tissue work they offer, like the ultrasound massager and ice+electro stim, but not the chiropractor adjustment itself.

If you haven't already, I suggest you call them up and have them look at your insurance coverage and they can explain aggressive of time what you'll have to pay for.
