Either as a primary means or as a supplement to your current WO?

I have two 35 pound KBs that I don't really do anything with except carry them around. I work from home and am sedentary most of the day sitting at my desk in the basement, so they help me make the most of moving around.
Get up to go take a shite? I carry the bells up two flights of stairs and back down. Get up for lunch? Bring the bells. Go for a walk? Bring the bells.
Wife thinks I look stupid, but whatever. It gets my blood moving.

yes very often. single and double arm swings, single arm snatches, etc. they get you strong in the right places. remember - its a hip hinge not a squat.

Swings absolutely light up my hamstrings. Suitcase carries and overhead carries are good too. I also like doing rotating OH press and just using them for depth on push ups

Same here. It's a shame their supply chain for anything heavy has been wrecked for the last 10 months. I can't get shite from them.

Same here. Follow a guy's program which is single and double arm swings and get-ups. I'm not sure that there is a better full body workout than the Turkish get-up.

Purchased my first ever and only kb via Amazon just over 3 years ago. Was a 53 lb Kettlebell Kings kb. Going rate was much better then than it is now obviously.
Rep has a decent amount in stock and thinking about adding one or a few more. Fringe Sport also a has a few options in stock.
I like incorporating the movements with my CrossFit programming. Some of my favorite movements(in addition to the ubiquitous swings):
-kb armbar for warmups (great movement for dynamic activation)
-tempo single leg RDL (3 sec down and 3 sec up)
-single arm snatches
-single arm strict presses to failure followed by push presses to failure
Kbs are a great implement and a little more available now than a few months ago.

It's two exercises: kettlebell swings and Turkish get ups. He goes into the form a lot and has a progressive program for reps and weight increases.
