I'd be worried a colonic would simply decimate the good bacteria in my colon.

This is what really happens. Colonoscopies and enemas decimate the bacteria. Horrible for you.
Drink water, eat fiber, poop and pee m. There's your detoxing.

No. Largely because they’re nutritionally useless, don’t “detox” anything, and are a risk for issues like dehydration.
Unless you want to count my colonoscopy prep.

I eat on average 75 grams of fiber a day. If you do that you’ll be clean. Very clean.
