I am on day 12 right now. Seems to be having positive effects so far. Lost 14 lbs and 2% body fat in first 9 days.

How do you manage to fit in two 45+ min workouts? That’s always been the head scratcher for me on this plan/program.

A lot of guys I know do a traditional workout and get a walk in at some point during the day for their two “workouts”. Some do the walk in the morning some in the evening but they use it as a chance to re-center or get centered which is kinda cool.

I haven’t done it but a large group of my friends have. It’s pretty interesting to watch their individual journey through the process and see what their out takes were on the other side.
What book are you reading?
Good luck and enjoy the ride!

What is this?

Cliffs notes
1. Pick a diet and stick with it. No cheats no alcohol
2. Drink a gallon of water
3. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book
4. 2 45 min work outs. Must be separate. One must be outside.
5. Take a progress picture
Every day for 75 days straight. Miss one of the above and you start over

Would a garage workout count?

Sounds pretty stupid

A guy I know just finished his second go-round of this and his results were nothing shy of impressive. He lost a ton of body fat, and put on a bit of mass. He was a big guy to begin with (muscular shoulders, arms, etc. but with a gut) but his gut is very much gone now.
That workout regimen ain't for me, but I've witness others with positive results.

I think the spirit of the program is to get you outdoors into the fresh air and sunshine so I’d say that works.

You have a link for this?
Google "75 Hard Andy Frisella"
It's purpose is to build discipline and stack tiny wins. He's got a solid podcast (RealAF), specifically the older MFCEO episodes, if you're into personal development etc.

So people surprised that
1) sticking on a diet with no alcohol
2) working out for 1:30 a day
3) and staying hydrated
Will get you in shape? It must be the reading and progress photos that are doing it. Social media has made people ignorant as shite.

A fake motivation program that tells you what to do

Is there more to it than this? I do most of these already, except for taking pictures and I generally read fiction every night.
