Any meds or supplements that help with appetite suppression besides the GLP ones?

I don’t want to go the glp-1 route like epic and stuff like that. But would be open to others if any are worth a shot?

The combo of PhenQ and yerba mate tea have been known to accomplish this but I’ll let someone like Jose or LSU777 chime in. They’ve done their homework.

Not sure how much you need to lose but there is no better appetite suppressant out there than GLPs.

lol not epic. I was trying to type ozempic. Autocorrect I guess I didn’t even notice.

Anyway, I am 6’3 and weigh 213 as of this morning. I would like to be 200. 193 is my low since I started this workout diet phase a few years back. I was at 245 when I started. So not talking a lot of weight as of today. I think Ozempic may be overkill for me?

Summer was tough on me as it always is with crazy schedule and traveling more and eating/drinking more than usual. So I think school starting will help
Me some just getting back to normal schedule. The only real difference is I started a gym about a month ago that is more cardio based. Vs before I was doing more of a cross training and heavier lifting type deal. But again that has only been one month and can’t be the sole reason for me gaining this weight.

I actually got on the scale for first time in a while today just to see where I was bc I have noticed some subtle differences lately. And was surprised it was 213. I was expecting it to be 206/207. Kind of freaking out now and want to get back on track immediately.

Thanks in advance for any insight here.

You could go old school and do Adipex

It works great until you stop and then you’ll begin eating again and gain the weight you lost back

If you only want to lose about 15 lbs or so, do the EC stack for a month and see what happens. There’s a thread here on it. I’ll find it and drop a link in here in a minute.

If you want to try natural, go no carbs for 1 full week…or more if you can stand it. Eat as much as you want but no carbs. This has a way of resetting your system and killing your appetite. After that, work them back in as needed. Since you’re not that far off track this is a quick reset.

Phase 1 of the South Beach diet is a good guide. This always works for me trying to break a sweet tooth or fast food streak that gets out of hand. Only issue I’ve had is constipation but that usually is if I go for 2 weeks. I’ve never had the willpower to stick to it longer than that because eating actually becomes a chore.

they make a variety with cayenne, honey and lemon that I like a lot better

mix a couple tablespoons in 8 oz of water - lots of benefits and, for me at least, crushes my appetite

I wouldn’t say it’s overkill. It isn’t just 500# people using it anymore, Even body builders are using it to cut. If you’ve struggled with other options, this would definitely work and likely a safer option than those fat burning supplements out there. Some will say hard pass on GLPs, but It’s definitely worth looking into. I’ve gotten friends and co workers fixed up, who were definitely not morbidly obese, and they’ve all done very well with it.

Adipex is a stimulant that can help you burn calories, but it’s not much of an appetite suppressant. And the other downside is that you can only write it for 3 months. But with that said you can switch to Tenuate if you have some success on Adipex.

Rybelsus is an oral GLP-1. It’s still semaglutide but the oral bioavailability of it is no where near the same as the injectables.

Can you not get your diet in check?
Nothing drastic needed if you only want to lose 13 pounds.

Black coffee till 1:30- 2:00p works wonders for me. I drink at least 1 glass of water for every cup of coffee. I usually drink a quart or so of coffee. It has really helped me with intermittent fasting and not using any meds. I will usually break fast at 3:00-3:30p and then eat a regular dinner with the family around 7:30p.

- nothing is going to work quite like a glp1 but we can get close if you can handle stimulants but its a multi prone attack

-ECA Stack for the appetite suppression
-SNS Glyco Phase for insulin sensitivity
-SNS Reduce Xt to control cortisol

Thank you and Actually giving this a shot now as we speak. For now I am just doing the caffeine and ephedra bc I was able to get them both at Walgreens.

The San NA-R-ALA is in now. The SNS glucovantage and the reduce xt will be here by Friday. Should I take the NA-R-ALA now or wait till the other stuff comes in on Friday?
