I woke up and knew it wasn't going to be a good workout. I have one of these every 1-2 months. Just a culmination of things. Even with that ghost legend preworkout that makes the scalp tingle. I got through it but you can bet the rfess were light and so were the cardio curls.

I had to bow out last week. My dad passed away and we were out of town for almost a week. I'll pick a PPSA program and start back up next week. Looking forward to reading of everyone's new PRs.

Behind on posting. Same, a little fatigue for sure. We are also moving so that hasn’t helped much. Will prob need to foam roll or sleep in this weekend. Got through today. Briefly considered going up on weight for the Bulgarians but thought better of it. Would end up being stuck in the hole on the squat.

I missed today’s workout, should I make up for it Saturday or push everything to the right one day?

Oh boy...

Today was a good one

One of those where I look at the stairs and weep on my way up out of the basement.

If tomorrow is anything other than bodyweight squats, I'm cooked

Holy Legs. I've been rounding up with my new TM. Prob will round down next week just to manage things. Def went light on the walking lunges, there were a few times I went down and wasn't sure if I was going to be able to make it back up. Waiting on my shirt hoping it gets here next week. Wonder if we still have a stairway left next week.

That one today felt good and terrible all at the same time
Tomorrow will be a long one. Honestly might just do the squats then do the upper body stuff Saturday

I did Friday's workout this morning it wasn't too bad. Took me about 70 minutes. Did the 5x5 squats first like he suggested in the caption. I can tell my legs are getting stronger. They moved super smooth even after being dead tired from yesterday.

Great pump with the rest of the work out. My shoulder has been feeling great lately so I was able to add about 30% of my body weight on the dips. Can't wait for a weekend of big eats and big football. PR party next week!

My favorite thing about Squatober is around this time when you are used to squats everyday they start feeling smooth. Form gets dialed in too.
