I’ve got very little disc left between my L5-S1. Can’t really hurt it anymore but the nerves really fire up if I push it at all. Deadlift don’t bother me but that butt wink I have in the squat is pretty unbearable these days with any decent load.

I have officially retired from Squatober. But it is not due to my hips or knees. It is my damn biceps tendon. For some reason it just flares up like a motherfricker around week 2 and then it lingers for 1-2 months.

Started the prequel today.
I know I am a little late to the game on this one, but I just finished up arm farm and know I needed to up my squats per week from 1.

In years past it was always on the last day of the month. But last year they threw a curveball and you maxed on the second to last day with one more workout after.
But being 10/31 is a Friday this year, I’d have to say that will be max day.

Frick it! I'm in. Already shifting to squatting 3 times per week. Will ramp up to 4 times per week by mid-month.
Already ordered all the merch. Still debating on ordering the flag, though.
I'll probably skip the pressure cooker. I hate that one. I'll just repeat Stairway to Strongville. Aaron already confirmed we would run Seesaw twice in this one.

im out this year. Im in a boot until mid october and no lower lifting until november. I tore my plantar Fascia ligament, gonna be a while before im doing any squatting
