I agree your body is stuck like you said. Try a brain resetting program like Re-Origin. They have amazing reviews including on trust pilot. You cannot "think" your way out of this.

These meds only mask symptoms; they don't solve the problem.

‘Medicine’ isn’t the answer. We have too many people on SSRI’s etc.

You will have to change your lifestyle which includes diet, exercise, and habits.

Downvote away.

Humans age dramatically at two key points in their life, study finds

Scientists have found that human beings age at a molecular level in two accelerated bursts – first at the age of 44, and then again at 60.

In a study published in the journal Nature Aging, scientists at Stanford University and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore followed 108 participants over several years to observe aging changes in their molecules — RNA, proteins and participants’ microbiomes.

108 participants. LOL. No. It's ludicrous that CNN even quoted a study with that few participants, but it's about headlines, not actually reading details.

Kind of far out there, but you may want to look into a psychedelic retreat of some sort.

I have a good business acquaintance. Business owner, well off, nice family, a man of god, doesn't drink or smoke or anything, yada yada yada. He suffered from PTSD from his time in Iraq. He was about to blow his brains out from crippling anxiety. As a hail mary, he went on a psychedelic retreat. He figured whatever. He was going to kill himself anyways and go to hell (his beliefs, not mine), so he had no moral objection to trying "illicit" drugs to try and help.

That trip saved his life. A few days in the jungle on a guided journey through the cosmos was all it took to rewire his brain. Total game changer for him.
This. I can provide a lot of info/support in this regard if you need.

Try a therapist. You would be shocked at what behavioral therapy can do.

I have had anxiety since kindergarten, I’m 55 now. Periods of life bring different intensities. Everyone is different, that’s why talking w lay folks about it is almost useless

Lastly, if it gives you comfort, we are all kinda screwed up in one way or the other, so give yourself a break.

there is a lot of truth here. My biggest triggering event is alcohol use. Get a little drunk and the next 48-72 hrs are heck

Rest, hydrate, stay active, learn new stuff, read….these things calm it down tremendously for me.

I live in DFW too. There’s company’s that will ship directly to you and the info is out online on best practices for microdosing.

Can you recommend that website or is that against TD rules?
