Yep, I'm joining the April challenge. I guess the first week will be fun but will have to maintain discipline after that to reach the 10k goal

Did 430 yesterday. About to knock out today's push-ups within the next hour.

Did 450 today.

I've been doing some rows with my wife's resistance bands after each set of push ups to offset all the chest work. It helps.

Been doing great with this challenge so far but I've started to have a tingling sensation run from my pinky to my elbow. Did a little reading and came across ulnar nerve subluxation. Seems to be exactly what I'm feeling. Anyone have experience with this feeling?

Sure. It comes and goes. Adjust you hands in relationship to your shoulder to change the angle of flexion at your elbow. Try wider, narrowed, hands forward and backward to find a comfortable approach.

I would also take a measurement around your shoulders.

I would recommend changing the hand position to keep it hard. Switch it up. It will only benefit in the end. I found my triceps getting too much of the work, so I’ve been focusing on different hand positions.

1,534 through 4 days.

I have a practice round today and tournament tomorrow, so I did more on the front end of the week. Now I only need to do 200 today and tomorrow and then 400 on Sunday to be back on track with 2,334 at the end of the first week.

First 3 days were brutal. Yesterday (day 4) started to feel a little easier.

Excellent idea. Change spread width, as well.

i'm getting in on this. gonna go for the 1K pullups as well.
I've tried to get folks on the 10,000 pushup / 1,000 pull up / 100 mile run challenge.

No one would sign up sadly.

mark me down as interested next time.

that fits my schedule now better than it has before, although I'm nursing a leg injury. won't be 100% for another month or so. and even then, I've never kept up with that many miles except when getting ready for a half

going for 10k pushups, 1k pullups. in a month later this year I'll probably do the same plus 100 miles. maybe go for 1.5 or 2k pullups after that
