I thought my core had recovered... until I started the rollouts. The first set I barely made it halfway through the RoM.

Glad I wasn’t the only one here. I thought my abdominal wall was about to tear it half on the first rollout

Heavy deadlifts felt great!

Hell no. I came down with covid on Deadcember 1st. I'm only two days behind. My fever is all but gone and now I'm just dealing with a slight cough, body aches, and soreness from laying around in quarantine since Thursday.

I'm supposed to stay quarantined one more day. I plan on walking up and down my street, stretching, and being more active tomorrow to work this soreness out. If I feel good to go on Tuesday then I'm going to start Day 1.

dont rush back man, dont want to relapse. covid is tricky like that.

That workout had me huffing and puffing. I just did straight leg DL instead of GHR as I don’t have a way to do them.

I hate any barbell lift with more than 6 reps. (Because I’m out of shape)

Felt good to knock it out at 5:30am.

I love how he doesn’t list 50 freaking jumprope reps as cardio. My heart rate is 150 right now.

One set to go. I felt that last set of pulls.

For Day 6 you guys figure those are super sets on the bottom groups of 3? It looks like it but doesn’t say anything.

ETA: I just read the comments, supersets.

Yea it has gotta be supersets. I think he just forgot to add it.

How do y'all share pictures here nowadays? I know it used to be with imgur and photobucket. I'm out of the loop

I used to screen shot it and upload to Imgur but I tried that the other day and it didn’t work.

I’ll give it another shot.

Also I just noticed on his IG page if you look at his old stories he has a "deadlift warmup" and "deadlift recovery." Probably smart to do some stretching throughout the month

I’m so glad I wasn’t the only one who’s abs well still smoked. It’s going to hurt getting up out of bed tomorrow

A lot of abs.

I don’t think I’ve done a single PPSA that included abs/core work. This has core everyday so far.

Yea I definitely wasn't prepared for that after not doing any abs for the past year. I'm actually thinking about skipping some of these ab exercises because if I'm not recovering then it's really not doing any good

Damn Saint's game kept me up way too late last night. Slept in today. Got an afternoon date with the gym.

Just means longer time for my abs to recover

Maybe take 2 days off from abs and see where you are them. I’ve been sprinkling in a little abs maybe once a week over the last few months so I’m feeling mine but it’s not horrible.

Keep pushing through fellas. Just like squatting every day, your core will get used to it just like your legs did. Just think about the six packs we’ll have by NYE.

Saints game had me raged up until 11:30, but still got up and got after it this morning. It didn’t take long. 40 minutes total for the workout.
