Is the dumbbell row not single arm? That’s the only way I’ve done them with dumbbells.

Day 2 done!

Dead’s felt perfect today. I think my training max will be a great spot to work from!

I found myself going from one end of the gym to the other with the super sets

Day 1 done. Keep in mind I'm weak lol..
Did 225x3 on the last rep and I thought wall squats were the most painful

Same on both fronts for me. The lat pull-down to ohp then planking in the middle of the weight room was the best.

Day 2 was really fun. Might’ve been one of my favorite workouts this year.

Got a nice arm pump.

Well, I'm two days behind already. Came home yesterday with a high fever and the shakes. Freaking covid positive.

Probably explains why I felt so run down Wednesday and haven't had much of an appetite.

We’re lovin and liftin in here baw. I’m liking these workouts. Pretty good change of pace. Definitely different than PPSA which I look forward to getting back in next month.

Same! I’m still sore from the last round of rollouts. But nonetheless we will prevail!

I’m also not looking forward to the jump ropes tomorrow. I suck at those so bad

Hell no. I came down with covid on Deadcember 1st. I'm only two days behind. My fever is all but gone and now I'm just dealing with a slight cough, body aches, and soreness from laying around in quarantine since Thursday.

I'm supposed to stay quarantined one more day. I plan on walking up and down my street, stretching, and being more active tomorrow to work this soreness out. If I feel good to go on Tuesday then I'm going to start Day 1.

I thought my core had recovered... until I started the rollouts. The first set I barely made it halfway through the RoM.

Everything else was good. I actually don't own a jump rope so I did burpees instead.
