Going great. I'm loving these deadlifts.

Abs are getting better, not feeling like my abs are going to rip apart every time

I can’t do any upper body for a couple weeks so I could use some ideas besides just doing squats and RFESS. I can get in some leg machines at the gym too. I’ll just go crazy if I do nothing. After a few days I think I’ll be able to do shrugs and some carries.

Doing great. Program has been fun.

Just like squatober I thought it would be overwhelming to deadlift everyday, but it’s been nice.

Got my neighbor joining at 5:30am each morning to help me be accountable in knocking it out in the morning.

ETA: my custom suit that I got around this time last year no longer fits due to PPSA and mainly squatober programming. Gains.

Maybe it's just me but I feel like this program has been significantly harder than squatober. Hitting some exercises I haven't done in a while for sure

Same!

I bought a suit last year at this time. I wore it to a wedding the first weekend in November and my thighs were so tight

Also bought a sports coat a few months back and wore it to a Christmas party and just one month of arm farm made that one amunwearable

Trying to get the pants altered, but they couldn’t make any promises.

Not the worst problem to have, but damn.

Tower tugs done!

I enjoyed the extra range of motion from standing on a plate.

I had to do front squats on the smith machine because someone was hogging the squat rack for OHP

Well, I forgot how tough Thicksgiving was on the quads. I'll have to wait until Monday to do it again.

Good news is I did some bar only RDLs and everything seems fine. The stitches don't really pull on those so I may be able to get back into deadlifts next week. I'll just stay away from OHP and chin ups and I may be ok.

Thicksgiving

Was that the 64 reps of back squats followed by front squats?

Yes. But I did hamstring curls instead of front squat because I felt a little stretching when I tested the front squat.

3x5 RFESS
8x8 on squat
3x10 Ham curl
SS x 3 of reverse lunges and back extension

Felt like I got a solid workout.

That sounds like a good one.

I read the comments for tomorrows workout and I'm not sure what gun salute curls or gun salute triceps extension are?

I'm just getting to "Tower Tugs" this morning and yeah, the Pull-through-Lunge-Step Up superset had was something.

Push/Pullathon looks fun, I may end up doing it tonight because it's been a heck of a week and I would really like to take the weekend off.

I was able to do Tower Tugs today. I think I’m good as long as there’s no ohp, chin ups or rows. If I can’t do Mondays I think I’ll be able to do push/pull so at least I’m not falling too far behind.
