I’m thinking of doing maybe 25s??

Depending on how my legs feel at that point.

If you don’t have a GHD, do it on a 45 degree back ext or off a bench

I’m confused by this

I think you just try to do an iso hold off the end of a bench but you'll need a partner to hold your feet down

Maybe just do a superman and hold it... don't have a ghd yet, though I have ordered one.

I just googled it lol. Looks like I can do a back extension and just hold it?

I set up to do Nordic Curls and held position at 45 degrees (or as close as I could). Just loaded up my barbell, wedged it between the rack and 90 lb dumbbells and used that to hold my ankles down. Google Nordic curls and there are some images if that is hard to visualize.

It's a bit of set up, but it gets the job done.

Pretty quick one today. I had to cut the ab roller down to 4 or an ab would have exploded.

Real quick one today. Those pause sets felt great.

Gotta love the ab rollouts

I enjoy pause sets on squats. They didn’t feel normal on deadlifts.

Welp, I’m out for 2 weeks due to some stitches.

I’ll be with you baws in spirit and I’ll try to jump in the last few days.

I can still do legs so I’ll have to figure out some program to do legs everyday. Open to ideas.

Only upside is ab rollers are out.

Nothing serious. Dermatology procedure for a spot on my back but I’m not supposed to lift because of the stitches.

I’m gonna go back through Squatober and get some ideas but it sucks.

Maybe I can come back sooner. They said 2 weeks but I’ll see how I’m feeling after 1.

Flannel filler done!

I liked the lat pull/row/DB press SS. Good upper body work!
