Couple days behind since I'm terrible at before work workouts.,

I went a little heavy on my deadlifts and bench press today. I liked the super set. The 21s on tricep extension was weird
And then I cut the grass for added cardio tonight

The reps weren’t bad. I thought some of the weight was a little light…so I added a few pounds towards the last reps.
My bench max is set way too low bc I have a bum shoulder. The lowest % was 138# for me so I started heavier and made up my own routine. And then sure enough my shoulder was extra sore this morning

I don’t love how the weight sits but I do love how it feels at the bottom of the squat. Weight stays even or back and doesn’t try to move up to my toes. Feel like I can go deeper (twss).

Not sure if I can drag my sled backwards through the snow. I'll give it a shot but if it gets stuck I think I'll just do some leg extensions. What are those of you without a sled doing

I can’t really do anything that pulls my lats so leg extensions sound good. Besides, the distance from the back extension to the sled at my gym is a bit of a hike for a SS. It looks like I can fo everything else though but I’ll swap front squat for back squat until I heal a bit more.

It said a replacement for the sled pulls was a backwards box step ups. I’m not so sure about that one

Still not so sure about those backwards box step ups but hey they’re done.

I was wandering the gym this morning with the super sets. Split squats, to leg curls, back to crunches.
