My normal routine is running 4 days a week the other 3 days I "work out" by doing push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, dips... no real weights. For the past month, ive been living in twmporary housing without access to my stuff (im in the middle of a move, and all of my stuff is in a 40ft sea can in some German port).
Ive kept up with my running during this challenge, but am missing my pull up bar!

I did bench today after push-ups all week and I did about as well as I would have expected (I hit my numbers plus a little bit). Felt under the weather a little today and just never got started on the push ups. I hope I can recover from a zero.

Could've done a lot more today. I'm doing sets of 25. Had 300 done before 11am and just finished my final 200 just now.
