You are smart enough, you haven't noticed yet?

I'm about to eat and then do them. After letting my food digest, of course.

Total to date - 2340
ETA: I'm a day (333 push ups) behind schedule. To get back on schedule, I need to get to a total of 3000 tomorrow.

Not that, now you've just made it harder for me to catch you.

What do y'all think would be a similar challenge for pull ups? 5k pull ups in a month? Push ups are ok but I think pull ups are a far superior calisthenic. Plus, I like pull ups more

I'll challenge you in pullups.

Pull-ups would have to be a whole lot less. Not just bc of difficulty but accessibility as well.

On another note, how many of y'all are throwing in the push ups along with your regular training regimen versus doing this challenge exclusively? How has this volume affected other parts of your training?
Me personally, obviously my upper body pressing numbers have suffered a little on pressing days. Mostly from general fatigue. But on another note, it seems like my arms have grown at least 5 inches in circumference. #Dathypertrophydoe

I'd be down for a pull-up challenge.

Hasn't affected me that much. I actually like it.

Still working out 6 days a week. Toughy on the shoulders/chest depending on the day.

Mine too. I'm at 175 and not sure how many more I'll get in tonight.

Today was my off day. In my workout today I had 30 handstand push-ups, so I'll count those. Going to have a strong weekend though to make up for it, I just needed a day off.
