Yes, I understand that the $600 will not get me a new driver and fitting. That money will go towards it. May end up with the Mizuno 230 MAX for $300, mostly because I think I can use the same upgraded shaft from my current Mizuno.

The new Ping drivers are legit. Got a G440LST ordered. As good of a driver as I've ever tried and they got the sound dialed in finally. Didn't try the Max because the LST fit into my spin window and I know it's longer. But they look and sound great and have ridiculous forgiveness.
