Played Greystone today. Fairways are in pretty good shape. Greens were punched last week and sanded recently. Rolled fine but slow as hell. Also plenty of dead spots on the greens.

You mean where there’s slightly more sand. The greens are very full and have been for a while. The punch was last Monday/Tuesday and they dressed the greens this Monday once it was dry enough to send the sanders on the greens. Should be perfect by the 4th.

May have been it. They had the pins in the best parts of the green. The rolled really good though.

I played Bagou Bend in Crowly yesterday. I about an 83 w/1 birdie. I was +8 on the front. I was making some really scared swings; worried about reimbursing myself. My 917 was fricking smoking though.

The course is in decent shape. They are spending a lot of money to upgrade it which is nice. The greens were slow but true. By the time the big 2-man tournament rolls around in August, it will be in really great shape.

On July 18, I’m providing lunch out there for the dogfight. Come on down and see me (and maybe Malvin)

I would expect as much.

Onion creek is really good.

The best if you can stand a drive is always vaaler creek. Swear they pump water straight from the blanco illegally.

Bluebonnet Hill is decent played it last Saturday with club pro, but I shot 101 not 73.

Dawg if you wanna play some time and can’t find anyone I’ll meet you wherever. Not a private course member unfor.

Sometimes play 9 at grey r|o|ck after pro shop closes for free. Cart boys don’t nor can’t do shite

I play Onion Creek maybe once a year, but it's generally good. Bluebonnet's greens are normally pretty solid.

I'm down to play at some point for sure. We'll figure out a way to make it happen.

Yes. Greens are quick and the rough is not being cut.

Reunion’s greens have bounced back nicely over the past week. Almost good enough to get you, bandit, and net up here. Need to find a weekend at the end of July or beginning of August (after clubhouse opens)
