What is your #1 thought at the top of your backswing as you initiate your downswing?

Spinoff of my last thread. What do you focus on most? Dropping of the hands, rotating shoulders back the other direction, getting/staying low, turning and driving legs/hips, releasing the club? Honestly, I struggle with this area more than anything. I tend to scoop on occasion instead of staying low and driving through the ball. It's a nasty habit

Never said I think of all that stuff, just a list of different things that could be focused on by any given person.

Also, I typically focus on dropping my hands

When I’m striping it, absolutely nothing. My only swing thought is literally the length of my backswing. (Depending on what type of shot I’m hitting)

Catch/feel the pause/hinge and rip it.

Stay forward on wedges/short irons, back on driver.

Mostly just try to keep my eyes on the ball. It eliminates a lot of stupid things I do with my head that hinder a good swing.

Per my wife yes. It’s expensive and very few people know how to do it

Nothing.

I just remind myself that I am a capable athlete before approaching the ball.
