As a high handicapper, this is easily the greatest training aid I've tried. Simple, cheap and had me instantly striking the ball better. Felt like my delivery and release were automatic.
Izzo Golf Smooth Swing
Which training aid worked the best for you?

That tempo app looks funky but its pretty legit.
I've always struggled with tempo and the designer did a massive study in 2004 and conducted that almost all tour pros have a 3 to 1 ratio back swing to downswing. You basically download the app and swing to the tones and you can get a feel for professional tempo, I guarantee it will be much faster than you think. Those dudes swing fast as frick.
Whats good about it is that you forget about mechanics swinging to the tones.
app is kind of pricey though.

I use the eyeline putting mirror, eyeline golf speed trap, and some alignment sticks and they have all worked very well.

I’ve been using it since you suggested it. I’ve actually had to slow down my back swing.

You Tube videos
My personal favorite is Clay Ballard at TopSpeedGolf. If you got a specific problem he probably has a short 6-12 min video on it.
Also watched some chipping videos by Loren Roberts and some sand trap videos by the Sand King - Phil Michelson.
I have found that it is best for me to go to the range with one objective for that visit and take only one club out there. That way I stay on task and quit hitting every club in my bag which just muddies the water so to speak.
