What do you want in a Condo for Golf Trip?

Fellow Golfers & Golf Travelers: I'm fortunate enough that I'm able to purchase a condo at Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, MS. I'm cleaning it up and changing the out dated furniture. I'm placing in the rental program and the Club gave a list of things required. Nothing unusual (kitchen stuff) but seems incomplete in my mind & experience, but I want input from follow golfers. What is a MUST? My list so far.
1. Great (not good) Internet & WIFI.
2. HD TV with Golf, ESPN, SEC & national news. (I'm putting in Ruko TVs so people can sign into their own accounts). Good idea or no?
3. Quality Ice Maker
4. Big Coffee Pot
5. Poker Set with several decks.
6. Large couch with pullout bed.
7. Large regular couch.
I don't see the need for Blueray Player, DVD, etc. If I spend the money on quality internet & Wifi boosters. Thanks in advance for any quality input.
FYI - no stripper poles, just go to the Pony for large women.

If I walked in and the fridge was full of crispies I would be stoked

A putting mat?
Chippo outdoor golf game (like cornhole for golf)

I’d be wary of an ice maker in a unit I was not in full time. They are notorious for leaks. Perhaps consider having large coolers available so people could pick up their own ice and store it. I would have the refrigerator freezer have an ice maker though.
Is your main goal to set this up for how you want it when you visit or to make it more enjoy for the guests?

I mean, when we do this, we're either golfing, showering (separately), shitting, or out eating...not hanging out in the condo.

Good idea. My patio is enclosed with a bar against one wall. I can store it under it. I have to look at the space between the condo and the retention pond that is behind it.

It is to make it more enjoyable for golf guests. I hope that it will have repeat guests as you can request certain condos.
Good point on the Ice Maker. I can mount a cooler in the enclosed patio and put a Label on it "Ice Storage."

The signing into your own accounts thing isnt ideal. It isn't a deal breaker either way because there's really no way until you know until you get there, but I can't stand when an airbnb doesn't have cable. Get an over the air antenna for locals for $15 and whatever streaming service offers the sports channels for the cheapest.
You don't need a lot as far as TV but I hate not being able to not be able to watch the game while relaxing in the evening, and I'm not signing into my shite on some strangers tv.

This option is so much cheaper for him and for most people is great. Hard pressed to find people without log ins to Netflix/Hulu/HBO/Amazon etc now a days. And even if no one in the group has those you can log into EAPN/CBS/TNT and tons of others with your cable log in.
A roku and some rabbit ears and anyone should be able to watch whatever they want, and his total one time cost is like $75

-Large bottle of sunscreen in every bathroom (Equate sport gets good reviews)
-box of Bandaids or waterproof tape for blisters
-Bluetooth speaker(s) in living room
-Maybe talc, mouthwash etc

Sure, but ive paid $750/night for an airbnb that didn't have shite. Again, not the end of the world, but if you really want to provide A1 service, you should include it.
Just my opinion.

I would have to agree and say frick That. The issue in West Point is the cable service - it sucks and expensive. Most of the units still use cable boxes and have multiple remotes (don't work have the time). I'm trying to prevent that. I'm thinking that is I get the top of the line WiFi and internet service, most guest can stream.
Looks like Roku TVs with Hulu+Live active account will work at Old Waverly. It provide local channels, plus ESPNs, SEC, FoxSports and Golf Channel.

Those are really cheap things (except for the bluetooth) that I think golfers would appreciate and find thoughtful. Country clubs provide those things in the locker room because golfers use and value them. They don’t expire. Not even close to stocking the fridge

A "Golfers Care Kit"?
Bandages, Talc Powder, sunscreen, Q-tips, tape, etc.
??Boudreaux's Buttpaste??

I think you'll find that most guys will have most of that shite in their bag, or will pack it in their dopp kit.
If you provide a clean, comfortable condo...then that would mean more to me than providing mouthwash and bandaids.
I'd say spend a little more on the pillows and bedding to make those comfortable, provide a ton of toilet paper, and have a nice TV.
If you were looking to win over my group, then if you threw a couple 6-packs of a local brew with a nice note about some good places to eat and a liquor store...we'd love you.

Our group has stayed at Old Waverly for the last several LSU vs World Champs football games. We rent one of those 4 bedroom houses with the middle common area. They have an ice maker and small sink. Nothing close to a kitchen so we eat at the clubhouse. Leave your email if your place can handle a group of 8.

Only thing not mentioned/coming to mind is a “how to” list. Basically, this is the WiFi password, rules, etc. It’d be a nice touch to have some local recommendations on pizza delivery, nearby bars, etc.
Lastly, probably just a me thing, but I’m a wine drinker and it drives me bananas when I can’t find a bottle opener in an Airbnb. First world problems but usually by the time I realize we don’t have one we’ve already been boozing pretty good or it’s just an inconvenience to run to the store. I also know people probably take them which is part of the problem but maybe you can find one that can attach tastefully to the bar area if there is one? I don’t know. Oh and get the wine/bottle opener combo ones. Your countertops with thank you . Good on you for trying to be accommodative for your guests
ETA: I see Rummel already mentioned leaving a list. Missed that
