No way, man. He's a world-class science genius who understands not only golf but science better than anyone out there. The problem is the equipment and the game of golf just hasn't caught up to him yet. He tells these guys exactly how to build the clubs based on his science calculations and they're just not able to understand how it's supposed to be done.
Major championships are sort of a waste of time at this point anyway because only old people care about them and because the courses aren't optimized to a modern skill set like Bryson's. YouTube golf is the next big thing and Bryson is going to be growing the game like crazy once he has time to dub his videos into a bunch of different languages. Side note: Americans think they're the center of the golf world and it's actually hilarious to see once you've been all over the place and grown the game through a proprietary blend of golf and science.
Anyway, Bryson is the best golfer and once he makes a 3D printer that's capable of understanding his level of knowledge, it's going to be game over for the rest of these guys. Everyone else is dumb and he's smart and also very underpaid.

I had a very similar thought after watching some of Bryson’s videos. His irons/wedges have been brutal in these videos

This thread reminded me of playing with Stiles Mitchell at CCLA circa 2002. The angles he took on his drives weren’t for normal hitters.

He has been battling a wrist and shoulder injury for the last two months. He didn't play very good last week in Virginia either.
