Got a really solid card going this weekend and I’m feeling reallllll good. Still way up on the year and this is the best I’ve felt going into a weekend yet. Hell, if the big cat goes on a run it’ll be even better.

Who do you like this weekend? I wouldn't be surprised to see Finau finally break into the winner's circle in a main field event.

Finau has been hot lately and I agree. I pick five outrights each week and cover them with a lot of high percentage bets in the matchups to get me to even in case I hit a winner. This week I have Woods, Finau, Simpson, Casey and Hadley. Had the outright in my five the last two weeks with Thomas and Mickelson so I’m hoping to hit again this weekend. I really like the Finau bet and got plus two k payout on him. Simpson has looked good as well and could make a run. Oddly enough I have been staying away from Fowler, Spieth, DJ, the usual top suspects. They could always hit but they have just been playing like crap lately.

About time the PGA Tour/Golf Channel lined up coverage with Tiger's round. Honda was brutal not being able to watch live coverage of his round which is all I have and ever will care about.

Lets go Tiger

I caught some flak last time for leaving him off, and it's an LSU-based site, so I figured I'd include the LSU players.

Plus it's so hard to get good odds with them. I kind of like Justin Rose this week as well. Good course history, and he's been playing well for the last few months.

Rose has been a “good” pick for the last month and I jumped on him. Always under performs so I’m laying off of him. Unfortunately that’s usually when they hit lol.

It's just tough when you see a lot of players you like. I like Sergio this week as well, but there's no way every player I think will play well ends up in the top 10-15. The fields are just too talented.

I think List contends again this week.

I also like Finau, An, Cameron Smith, and Chez

Yep that’s the hard thing about betting golf. Also typically why I stay away from over under on place finish bets. Matchups are seemingly easier to predict and it doesn’t matter where they end up placing.

Someone needs to tell Spieth what subhuman means. He keeps calling Tiger that in his presser. I don't think that's what he's wanting to say (though it would be awesome if it was).

Completely agree. I always like match-ups better. But my fantasy league still requires me to pick someone, and I feel like I always like 5 different guys.

For my one-and-done league, I've went from Na to Rose to Finau to Rose to Ollie to Chesson. I'm a mess. Someone needs to teach me how to do this

Right, that’s why I shy away from getting in the leagues. Have gotten a bunch of offers from people I play with or friends but I it’s pretty narrow like you’re saying. I’ve got a much better shot at winning some money betting Vegas lines and props. Plus my new strategy has gotten me much tighter this year than previous ones. I really have to quit saying that though or karma is going to pop me lol.

I’ve already figured out that whoever I pick ends up missing the cut while the other 4 end up with top 10 finishes

Money plays

Stenson
Cam Smith
Fitzpatrick - will win
Simpson
Grace
Cantalay

All good value bets

I sorta like Rose - but not trusting him yet
