Zach Ranford is a better follow if you can’t get past the immaturity of the GG guys. He’s also a way better golfer than all of those guys. I don’t know why he’s not trying to play professionally.

You can also just follow Grant, GM and Micah individually and their content is usually better quality golf and has less of the rah rah stuff that’s annoying AF. I do like watching them because they play the same courses as I do locally so it makes it more entertaining personally.

Bryan bros way better than good good.

I watch the good good stuff for some mindless entertainment cuz it’s golf and they do creative stuff.

But Bryan bro’s is much better golf and the content is much better obviously having a tour player being half of it. But all the guys on the channel are pros so the golf is like watching the tour. George is the worstgolfer of the 4 regulars and he mopped up all the good good guys without much effort before they kicked him out for being too good and not immature enough. Plus he just seems like an all around all-world type of great guy. So do Wes (the one on tour). Hilarious banter and better golf. Win win

I’m not sure how you can say George bryan or zac radford are noticeably better than them when there are literally match videos of them playing each other and gg guys winning. Bubbie and steve aren’t as good but the others definitely are

ETA the spittin chiclets golf videos are probably my favorite golf videos out there but don’t watch it for good golf

I've actually never watched Good Good videos except for the one where that dude hit a hole in one on a par 4. After I saw this thread, I checked out their page and ended up watching all 3 parts of the Payne's Valley scramble. First of all, holy hell, Payne's Valley might be the most incredible golf course I've ever seen. That just went up to #1 on my golf trip wish list. Second, I loved the videos. Their video quality is really good and the shot tracers are cool. The tall skinny guy, Grant, has a beautiful swing. Micah is a good player too but not quite on Grant's level of consistency. Those two are head and shoulders above the rest.

Lol when?

Out of all the old matches I think I’ve seen Micah beat him maybe once. They used to play scrambles against him that’s how much better he is lol. The Good Good guys even admit George is on another level way better than them and have said so on camera multiple times.

George plays professionally on some mini tours. Those guys aren’t on that level. Grant could maybe win a few times out of ten against George, Micah maybe twice, and Garret maybe once out of ten. And like I said George is the worst of the 4 regulars on his own channel between Wes, Will, and “cardboard”.

Good good is fine. They have better camera work and editing because they have Colin. And creative videos because they’re young dudes and there’s 6 of them. Bryan Bro’s is better golf and mostly videos of matches or training sessions, tournaments etc.

Would be cool to just watch them play 18 holes every once in a while. Even if it’s just 2 out of the 6 guys. Enjoy their videos but think they also need to throw in a regular round every once in a while with their challenge videos.

They have been doing this on their personal channels. The GoodGood channel is only for the 6man stuff.

George is still a somewhat regular with the goodgood guys. Him and Micah were in a tournament together and Micah beat him rather easily. Micah won that tournament.

I don’t watch good good so much but I do watch garret, Micah, and grant on their personal channels.

Bryan Bros are great as well. All really great golfers.

Not really a regular. Since they kicked him out I think he’s seen them twice. Once in Tahoe for a youtuber tournament that had nothing to do with them. And then yea he played a tourney with Micah.

Micah sometimes bails on the good good guys to play with real golfers, and has done series since they split with Zac or George. I think it’s pretty obvious he doesn’t always jive with the kids immaturity (i think he is also like 28 or 29 and they’re all 20 or 21). He got super hot in that tourney and shot like -7 or something crazy and won yea. He’s definitely a good golfer. But he’s not as consistently good as George or pros like that. Micah is about 30% where his driver doesn’t even land in bounds lately, that kinda stuff doesn’t happen with pros. Like I said he’d maybe beat George a couple times out of 10.

I think they are very relatable. They can be tough to watch some times but they are crushing it.

Their best work was when Grant and Garrett did a scramble with the Mizuno pros. A week later Mitchell led the CF 3 days in a row before he collapsed on Sunday. Pretty crazy.

What's amazing about all those kids is their ball speed with driver. Garret is apparently like 6'4" which I can't tell on camera so I guess that's where the power comes from? Some guy I played with in the area told me that so who knows.

Would you happen to have a link to that one? I'd like to watch it. Thanks

ETA: Nevermind I just found it. They played Keith Mitchell and Greyson Sigg. That's crazy, those are some solid players.

The ones a week or two before with Jason Byrd and Byrd's son were good too. Byrd's kid is a baller.

Much earlier in 2021 there were also a video or two of them playing against Joel Dahmen. Dahmen was hella fun to watch.

George has been on Micah's channel 3 times in the last 6 months. Seems pretty regular to me given the schedule with GoodGood week every month.

My favorite youtube golf content is Erik Anders Lang with Random Golf Club or No Laying Up's stuff. Good Good gets pretty repetitive and has kind of grown stale to me. The breaking series that EAL does with PGA courses is phenomenal, really puts in perspective how hard those tracks are.
