LIV shouldn’t play in America. Nobody cares here.

They’re playing in Miami, DC, Dallas, Chicago, Indianapolis, & Detroit. I’m sure people there care, especially the 4 places that PGA Tour doesn’t go to

Good idea, wrong participants.

I'd rather watch it with youtube golf guys than these boring arse pros.

Good Good’s video was way better.

The format is a good fit for them, Bryan Bros would probably be great in it.

Gotta have some attractive women golfers play in the league. Charlie Hull, Lexi, etc

Only way this thing survives is if Tiger and Rory play in every match

I had them put it on the TV at the restaurant I was at tonight. It was probably the only thing people were interested in watching, at least for a little bit. but most didn't have a clue about what was going on. I had no clue it was going to be on tonight. I'm still enjoying it enough to keep watching.

I watched tonight for the first time. Tonight it was pretty fun. A walkoff closest to the pin was pretty neat

Here's the problem with Tiger in events like this that his fanboys don't want to acknowledge: he's got the personality of a doorknob. It's obvious when you see him in informal settings like this that he is the product of being raised in a complete cocoon. Very socially awkward.

The tour needs Lee Trevino/Fuzzy Zoeller/Phil Mickelson types to carry this thing. Unfortunately, the entire tour is comprised of process-oriented automatons who can't take 15 steps without consulting their notebooks. That makes for great shot making in a normal event but is a ratings killer for a made for TV show.

Tom Kim is fun to watch, kid has a lot of talent and is likeable in my opinion. Wish they would ditch Marty Smith, getting tired of his "appreciate you brother" ending to every interview,

The shot clock makes Tom Kim 1000x more watchable. He’s an extremely slow player, but doesn’t get that luxury in TGL.

I didn’t realize this moved to Monday night and didn’t catch it until it was 6 holes in but last night was a very good match.

My thoughts exactly on TK. He is brutally slow but tonight was great and played quick.

Then Tiger gets a shot clock violation lol which was great.

Both teams holed long putts tonight, I wonder if they are getting use of the green now.

Tonight was fun, more hammers, draining longer putts. Da Kiz actually didn't play like a 10 handicaper. Tiger played the worse out of everyone.

The chip walk off is a cool way to end it like penalty kicks.

Updated viewership numbers from last night. Finished below 900k viewers, even with their best potential matchup of Tiger v Rory.

Tonight was the most entertaining night. Obviously, a close match helps. They are starting to understand hammer more, but they still messed up a few times. I would prefer the team that concedes the hole doesn't get to keep the hammer, but maybe they set it up that way to prevent holes being over before they even get to the green. They want the hammer thrown, but they want some sort of punishment for throwing it too much and ending holes early.

I hope the next time Jupiter plays, Homa replaces either Tiger or Kisner. Homa and Young Tom Kim should be entertaining.
