Heading over in a few weeks and have time for 2 rounds. Which 2 should we play? Single digit handicaps. TIA

I was not impressed with Indian Bayou. It was in great shape in July, but it just doesn't stand out to me.

Not on your list, but Windswept Dunes is worth the short drive. Better value and you have tees that will play as long as you want.

Just had the choice between Kelly and Raven and went Kelly.

It was in "ok" shape. Honestly pretty dissapointed the way it is talked about around here and by my friends.

I'm hoping it was just because of the hurricane and too much rain but greens were furry and fairways pretty darn brown.

There are a couple nice holes on the bay but was expecting it to be a little more scenic.

I have played Kelly and Indian Bayou and enjoyed both thoroughly.

We played Indian bayou on a hot deal on golf now a couple years ago for crazy low. It was between 30-40 for cart and green fee and was well worth it.

Kelly is a better course and layout but I would play either two in a heartbeat.

I’ve been playing Kelly for a long time. If these were the conditions, you can book it was due to the hurricane. It is always kept in primo shape.

As another poster said, you can get awesome hit deals at Indian Bayou

Played Kelly and Raven week of Labor Day and Raven was AWESOME. Great layout and course was perfect. Kelly was great but not up to par with Raven. I can’t speak for Indian Bayou, but don’t miss out on Raven.

sorry for the slight hijack - any thoughts on the other sandestin courses? or are these three really the best ones to play in that area? not a single digit hcp

I’m heading there this weekend. The guy scheduling it swears that Kelly is the best and Regatta Bay is second best ahead of Raven. Any truth here? Regatta is almost twice the price Sunday morning as Raven.
