Phil Mickelson wants to debate Chamblee on a neutral network

Said he has ignored the the first 36 attacks, but 37 is too much. He said maybe Eamon Lynch can protect him. 
Check out Phil’s twitter replies. He said Chamblee makes his attacks and won’t allow anyone to question him.

I wish Phil would go on golf channel and debate him. It is a cop out that he doesn't want to provide attention to or help golf channel. It is not that big of a deal, just go on there once and do it.

I can count on about 2 fingers the number of articles written, or commentary given, about Phil Mickelson before Jan 2022 that were negative in nature. But when he started pushing LIV, it became cool to say Phil is not liked by other players and he gambles too much. That’s a perfect example of today’s media that just follow an approved narrative. If Phil was always that way, why did no one in the media speak up before?

I'm gonna have to disagree with this. He's a popular player and a brand in his own right, but they didn't call him FIGJAM for no reason.
There were rumors about he and his wife being swingers and Michael Jordon.
So he's had his detractors over the years.
That said, the onslaught towards any and everything LIV had been ridiculous.
And don't look now, but the leaderboard at this week's LIV looks a lot more interesting than Colonial.

Never heard anyone in the media speak anything negative about him off the course. All of that changed with that Alan Shipnuck tweet.

You certainly didn't see or hear it on Golf Channel in prime time.
This was the tour scuttlebutt. I always blew it off as petty jealousy, but that doesn't mean it wasn't said.

Mickelson is every prick you ever met during the round or post round at the Clubhouse.
Somewhere after numerous blunders in the US Open and being the “being the best player to never win a major” before his Major wins it got cool to cheer for Captain America. TW’s scandals aided this.
Meanwhile in San Diego, Phil had an AA mistress and DAUGHTER allegedly that gets paid hush money to not tarnish his image.
Phil is David Sims in real life. If he never won another Tournament no one would care.
Now I could start another paragrah on Chamblee and his total lack of any significant accomplishments but that would seem pointless.

Summary - To quote Jeff Spicoli - “Those guys are figs”

Mickelson hit on plenty of hot women at the Houston Open through the years.

Is it transparent and great for folks trying to get a glimpse into the ongoing on tour? No. But if you’re a part of the tour I’m sure it’s a great thing.
Also, I’m 100% sure there have been more than 2 negative articles written about Phil since he joined the tour. C’mon, man. You know that’s a weak take.

It’s an indictment on the media framing a narrative they want to and then running with it.
It used to be “Phil is such a swell guy, he signs every autograph and is a man of the people.” And every media person fell in line.
But now they have to all be in lock step and say, “Phil is bad, he takes the dirty Saudi money. Never forget Khashoggi!” And almost all of the media has kept up the narrative.
